IPOD HELP!!!! PRONTO PLEASe?

ok i have an ipod nano that i got this christmas... heres how it started.....

I was listening to Phantom of the Opera and i hate that song! So I changed it to Unwritten=but I hate that song so I was about to change the song and all of a sudden my ipod froze. And it had the playing sign next to Phantom of the opera still, but Unwritten was playing!so then i was trying to turn the whole thing off before it broke...and it wouldnt turn off!!! So then i turn the switch at the top so it totally shuts down but UNwritten was still playing!!!! OMG... This moment the Nano is plugged into the computer and ituns wont open. Usually on the nano screen it saysDO NOT DISCONECT but it's still on menu with Phantom of the Opeera... Luckily UNwritten is stoped playing!! PLEASE HELP!!!!! I can't afford to fix it or get a new one!! THank you

When my IPOD froze i held the middle button and the top of the wheel down at the same time till an apple showed up on the screen. This resets the IPOD but your music is still on it. I found this out by going to the apple website and in the tool bar you can click on IPOD help. Good Luck!

try charging it on the computer.

i have one of the old 2gb nanos and it is messed up 2.
hold the center button and the menu button for 10 seconds and it will restart it.
Flip the hold switch 4 or 5 times. Then, press and hold Menu and the Select key at the same time, holding them for 10 sec. It will reset the iPod. Then, iTunes should sense it, and open, and all will be well.
